123 framework: Transitioning an individual tier product to enterprise

We based the initiative on the 123 framework by Adam Gross which structures the business approach on three distinct business units: individual users, teams adopting the product and large enterprises.

Eventually the long term goal is to transition to enterprise by leveraging the power of self-serve go-to-market.
